1. About Us
These terms and conditions govern the provision of services by AA Repointing & Brickwork (“we”, “us”, “our”), a repointing and brickwork business based in Darlington, County Durham. By requesting a quote or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information and access available at the time of assessment. Should the scope of work change, or unforeseen issues arise once work begins, we will discuss and agree any additional costs with you before proceeding.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Work is scheduled by mutual agreement. Whilst we make every effort to keep to agreed dates, timings may be affected by weather conditions, material availability or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any changes at the earliest opportunity.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed in your quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. For larger projects a deposit or staged payments may be required.
5. Workmanship & Materials
We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship using appropriate materials for each project. Mortar colours and finishes are matched as closely as possible to existing brickwork, though exact matches cannot always be guaranteed due to weathering and variations in original materials.
6. Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for the work we undertake. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing defects or issues that are not part of the agreed scope of work.
